Serving choice beef, the ribeye is the most flavorful steak. Available in 14 and 18oz.

Large perch fillets lightly breaded. Available in Small and Large.

Lightly breaded pan fried Canadian Walleye.

Finger licking delicious baby back ribs seasoned with and dry rub and lightly smoked.
Available in a Half or Full rack.
PORK CHOPS
One or two 8oz. grilled chops served with a tart cherry, apricot sauce.
BROASTED CHICKEN
The official broasted chicken that is crispy outside and moist inside.
Available in a 2 or 4 piece and all white meat.
SMOTHERED CHICKEN
Chicken breasts grilled and covered with mozzarella, sautéed onions and mushrooms.
